Because of this, all sales are final. However, we know things happen — and we’re here to help if you run into issues.
We’ll happily review your request if:
- You’re experiencing a technical issue preventing you from accessing your purchase
- You believe the product was misrepresented based on its description
If this applies, please contact us within 7 days of your purchase. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue — and if appropriate, we’ll offer a refund or store credit.
Please note: We do not offer refunds for:
- Change of mind after purchase
- Accidental purchases
- Claims made after the 7-day window
- Products that have already been downloaded or fully accessed
